Worry not

Do we stop worrying as a parent? Worry to enjoyment can be a long or short path.

As mothers, we all may have said, “I am losing my mind” when we have an unruly child. But as mothers, we do not lose our heart.

Our heart at times is burdened for our children. And when I say children, age does not have a bearing. Our eyes see innocence through the times. Our hearts may feel rejected as our child may ignore us or advice given. But that does not deter us.

Our heart’s delight when our children see the wisdom the Lord has put on our lips. The path our children choose is theirs. The path we bare is ours.

The Lord sees all His children and proclaims what they will be righteous, blameless, beautiful and holy. Should we not do the same? Should we not reflect the Lord’s vision.

My child is beautiful, holy, blameless and righteous in you Lord. Do a good work in them. Thank you, Lord, for the blessing and life of my child. Thank you that you have trusted your child to me. Help me Lord to speak your words, reflect you in all I do and say. I pray this in Jesus name.

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things…” Mathew 6:34

The Lord says, “I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.” Isaiah 44:22

“Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
