Why Does God Answer Prayers?

We see in the book of Psalms where David called on God for help.

“Help me, O LORD my God! Oh, save me according to Your mercy, that they may know that this is Your hand – that You, LORD, have done it!”                Psalm 109:26,27  NKJV

We also see Jesus giving us a reason for answered prayer.

“And whatever you ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.”  John 14:13  NKJV

God is glorified through answered prayers.
