Where Can We Hide?

Where Can We Hide?

Before I went to bed last night the forecast was severe storms. I had an unusual dream. I dreamed the Lord told me to put anything I did not want broken into my washing machine; where it would be safe. I could hear the loud thunder in the background of my sleep, but I slept peacefully through the night. In the morning I noticed the electricity had been off for a while, and I started to think about the dream.

We are always safe when we abide in Jesus. He is the shelter from our storms of life. We are not always delivered from the storm, but He is there to protect us if we hide in Him.

“For You have been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; for the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against a wall.”

Isaiah 25:4  NKJV

“For You have been a shelter for me, a strong tower from the enemy.”

Psalm 61:3  NKJV
