When Will it End?

When we experience the trails of life, we may feel like one trial comes after the other. I remember praying once, “Lord show me what you want me to learn from this experience so we can move along.” I laugh as I think about that prayer. If we cling to God, He is always with us in the trials as we go through them. The point is, we go “through” and actually come out on the other side. When I get to the other side I find that I have grown in a way that could only have resulted from the trial I went through.

“Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord—that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful.”
