I was finally on vacation, laying on a beach and the wind was blowing so hard that the sand was pelting us. I prayed a small prayer for God to stop the sand from blowing. A couple of minutes later it started to rain. The people around us packed up and ran. We decided to get into the water to wait it out. When the rain stopped, we laid back down. My nephew said someone must have prayed for the sand to stop blowing. It was then that I realized that God had answered my prayer. The rain caused the sand to be wet, and it stopped blowing.
God cares about everything we care about. All He wants us to do is ask. He can stop the storm for you.
“And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”
