I was ministering to a young girl recently and she said, “I know of God. He is always there when I need help.”

So many people know of God, but don’t know God. They only reach out to Him when they are in trouble.

Corrie Ten Boom had a good question, “Is prayer your steering wheel or your spare tire?”

“As for me, I will call upon God, And the Lord shall save me.  Evening and morning and at noon I will pray, and cry aloud, And He shall hear my voice.” Psalm 55:16-17
