How can I possibly forgive what they have done?

Through Jesus’ death and resurrection, you can receive forgiveness.  

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” 1 john 1:9

Unforgiveness is a sin. Jesus said in Mathew 18 that unforgiveness was wickedness.  

As we have been forgiven, we should also forgive. If we don’t forgive, He won’t forgive us.

“But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” Mathew 6:15

So it is in your best interest to say, Lord, I will forgive… Lord, help me to forgive. Thank you Jesus
