Spiritual warfare means engagement in or the activities involved in spiritual (relating to or affecting the human spirit or soul) war or conflict.

As Christians, we must first recognize that we are in a war. Satan is going to try and steal, kill or destroy (John 10:10). We must protect all that God has given us. Spirit, soul, and body.

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,’ and ‘your neighbor as yourself.” Luke 10:27

To love as God desires, we must defend what He has given us and pray to grow in Him. (Ephesians 6).

“Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Thess 5:23
