God desires us to be Holy.  

“but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct,” 1 Peter 1:15

When you think of someone Holy, you may think of your pastor, elder, or even the pope. Yet, God desires you to be Holy. The Hebrew word for “holy” means “separate” or “set apart.”

“Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.” Hebrews 12:14
