You say you are a Christian, but what do you believe?
You are a disciple (follower of Jesus), “if you have love for one another.” John 13:35; “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:31-32.
You are a true believer if , “by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,” Ephesians 2:8
Acts 16:15 NLT translation states “She was baptized along with other members of her household, and she asked us to be her guests. “If you agree that I am a true believer in the Lord,” she said, “come and stay at my home.” And she urged us until we agreed.”
The King James version states “faithful” as “true believer. True believers will move forward in Christ and grow.
Here are the facts you need to know about Jesus, Jesus was born of a virgin, He is the son of God, He is Lord, is sinless, was crucified to redeem us, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. Do you believe. If so, confess with your mouth.
