“God made him who had no sin to be sin[a] for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” 2 Corinthians 5:21

When I read this verse for the first time. “We might become” stopped me in my tracks. Not all will become the righteousness of God. The Bible tells us that all unrighteousness is sin.   In order to become the righteousness of God we need to lay our life down to Christ.   Believe in Jesus, confess our sin and turn from it and walk with God. Foster a relationship with God.  This is God’s desire, and He invites us into this relationship.
