Jesus warned us to watch out.  In the last days, deception will be prevalent.  

“Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you.” Mathew 24:4

According to Webster dictionary, “DECEPTION is the act of causing someone to accept as true or valid what is false or invalid.”   

Today there is so much deception going on; truth is scarce, so people tend not to believe anything, which is also deception.  Because God’s word is truth (John 17:17).

So how do we know we are being deceived, and how do we keep ourselves from deception?  We need to walk in the Spirit every day.

“Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”  Mathew 26:41

Don’t let anyone deceive you (2 Thess 2:3).
