Walking in God’s Grace

All Christians have a desire to be favoured by God. As you look at some evangelist such as Beth Moore or Billy Graham you may think that these people are highly favored by God and you will not gain that kind of favor. However, that is not the truth.

“Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.” Acts 10:34-35

God does not show favoritism. However, those that fear the Lord and are righteousness in Christ are accepted by God. We should rest in the Grace and peace of being accepted by God and allowing Him to use us as He desires. We all have a function in the body.

“If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.” Genesis 4:7

Reject the temptation to sin, rule over the spirits that can take you from the Lord’s favor: envy, jealousy, anger, hate, resentment, bitterness, etc….

May you walk in the fullness of His grace, peace and mercy, “And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.” John 1:16.
