Waiting on God
“For since the beginning of the world Men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, Nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him.” Isaiah 64:4
There are benefits to waiting on God. He acts on our behalf.
Today’s generation finds it extremely difficult to wait. We live in a cashless society and if we want something today we buy it. I remember times that you planned your purchase, saved up the money and cherished it when you finally received it.
The good news is you don’t need to save your money or go into debt to be healed. Healing has already been paid for. You need to receive it.
People expect to be healed instantly today. Yet they are seeking everyone but God to do the work. Has patience taken a toll?
Are we trusting God more or less? When we pray and don’t see results, does that mean God has not acted? Scripture shows that Jesus always healed those that asked. However, we also see that the healing may not be as we expect. “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord.” Isaiah 55:8
We need to stand firm. Hold
