Do you have an aching heart? “Troubles of my heart have enlarged; Bring me out of my distresses.” Psalm 25:17. When your heart is burdened it can appear to be unbearable and ever-increasing in pain. Cry out to the Lord and He can relieve this pain.

“Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, And He saved them out of their distresses. He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.” Psalm 107:19-20
