Trouble will come; this does not mean that God has abandoned you.

The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deut 31:8

Look at David. At age sixteen, he was anointed King, and from that point, he was hunted by the Philistines, King Saul and was on the run and in hiding.

Fifteen years later, he came out victorious and fulfilled His calling. God called him a man after His own heart.

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9
