Tough questions

Tough questions are sometimes hard to answer. I will let the Word of God speak for itself, and let the spirit show you.

Can we lose our eternal salvation?

Overcomer

Revelation 3:5 says, “He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.”

We need to overcome to not be blotted out. We overcome by the blood of Lamb and the testimony of what Jesus has done on the cross for us (Rev 12:11)

Revelation 20:15 says. “And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.”

Continue in faith

“Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.” 1 Timothy 4:16

Salvation is in no other name but Jesus.

“Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12

Do not be deceived

“Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.” 1 Cor 6:9-10.

If you have accepted Christ and are now walking in any of the above sins, confess the sin and turn. “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9
