“…the time is coming when anyone who kills you will think they are offering a service to God.” John 16:2

Many are hearing voices and are being tormented by the enemy to kill. There has been an increase in mental illness and mass killings in our country. Churches are starting to employ security guards and carry weapons.

The Word of God is our survival guide.

“if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14

God makes it very clear that there is no peace for the wicked (Isaiah 48:22) and that as Christians we will be persecuted, “Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.” 2 Timothy 3:12

We can pray for those that are being tormented. Lord, I bind all anxiety, stress, mental illness, lying, deceiving and tormenting spirits in the name of Jesus. I thank You, Lord, for you are the Prince of peace. Let your peace come down on our land like rain. Thank you, Jesus.
