Through adversity we gain the most significant moves forward with the Lord.

It may seem as if the agony and suffering you are going through now will never end. Have hope in the Lord. God does not change; He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. He is not partial to individuals; what he has done for Joseph, He will do for you.

He lifted Joseph from the pit and even through his captivity he continued to Bless him.

“The Lord was with Joseph so that he prospered, …he showed him kindness and granted him favor, ” Genesis 39:2, 21
