The watchers

“The wicked watches the righteous, And seeks to slay him.” Psalm 37:32.

I know many only like to read devotionals that are positive.  Believe me this verse is positive.  It may keep you from prematurely leaving this earth.  

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” John 10:10

We can see very clearly the intent of our enemy is to destroy us.  However, God is our refuge.   “The God of my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, My stronghold and my refuge; My Savior, You save me from violence.” Psalm 9:9
