The Holidays and the busyness of the season are over. If you live alone, this may create a feeling of loneliness or even depression. Remember why you celebrated Christmas? God is with us, Immanuel. God is always with you through the Holy Spirit.

If you find yourself sinking, God tells us in Mathew 18:18 that we can bind and loose; “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

For example, when feeling depressed or heavy, you can proclaim, “I bind a spirit of heaviness and loose praise and joy in the name of Jesus.”

Take control this New Year. God has given you all authority and power in Jesus’ name (Mathew 10:1).
