The Great Day of the Lord

There are many today who are complacent and say that God will not bring wrath upon the earth. He is a loving God and would not do such a thing. The Bible says otherwise. There is an appointed time for the end, for God’s wrath. Yet, God, in His mercy, is slow to anger and yet will not acquit the wicked (Nahum 1:7). The great day of the Lord is near; it is near and hastens quickly.” Zeph 1:14.  

So what are we to do?

The prophet Zephaniah tells us, “Seek the Lord, …Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden In the day of the Lord’s anger.” Zeph 2:3
