As I was filling the gap in the cracked concrete, my mind drifted to the gap between God and us.

Isaiah, in Isaiah 55:8-9 expressed this gap.

“”For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah‬ ‭55:8-9‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Ask God to fill the gap?

“Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.”
