Many see the shedding of Jesus blood as a historical event and has no meaning for their life today. However, this is not true; there is life in the blood.

“For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life.” Leviticus 17:11

Jesus ministry is not dead; His blood continues to flow. “But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53:5” It is finished, as our savior has said.
