Do you feel like your life is on a detour; that you have been diverted down a different path?

Last week as I was driving back from Florida and I had to take a detour.  I was taken off the quickest route and this was going to add hours onto my already long trip. “A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps.” Proverbs 16:9 NKJV

You may feel that the path you are on is not fruitful and you do not see progress right now.   Isaiah 28:29 says, “All this also comes from the Lord Almighty, whose plan is wonderful, whose wisdom is magnificent.”

My detour that day touched several lives and I am so thankful that I was diverted… Everything is for His glory! “And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” Colossians 3:17 NKJV
