Sometimes the day after a significant event like Christmas can be a letdown, and just looking around your house can steal your Peace. What did the people do after Christ was born?
“When they had seen him (The Christ), they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them.” Luke 2:17
They were spreading the word that the host of heaven and the angel had spoken, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.” Luke 2:14
We need to continue to praise and glorify God for His son, preach His word and remain in Christ. In Christ, we have Peace.
“Peace I leave with you, My Peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27
