I used to be afraid of tests.   I would basically shut down.  So when I saw that the Bible said I was being tested every moment, anxiety set in.  

“What is mankind that you make so much of them, that you give them so much attention, that you examine them every morning and test them every moment?” (NIV). Job 7:18

However, there is no need for anxiety or fear.  Testing is a good thing.  It strengthens our faith and trust in God.   So this Holiday season, when you are around family, put your best suit on (righteousness) and don’t worry about the test.

“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds,  because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.  Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be matureand complete, not lacking anything.”  James 1:2-4
