How do you not enter into temptation?

Jesus instructs us, “Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”  Mathew 26:41

The word translated “watch” means “to guard and be on alert.”    Pray always!   Don’t fall asleep on the job!

“You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble; You shall surround me with songs of deliverance.  I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.”  Psalm 37:7-8
