“Be Strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.” Psalm 31:24

It is hard to muster the strength to move forward when you are suffering.  God tells us to be strong and courageous in Him.  He is telling us we must prevail.   The opposite of courage is fear.  Fear zaps the energy from us, and courage builds us up.   God is faithful and will lift you.  Place your hope in Him.
