“You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.” 2 Timothy 2:1 NKJV

The Greek translation of grace is Charis, “that which affords joy, pleasure, delight, sweetness, charm, loveliness: grace of speech.”

So how do we become strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus? In one word, unification. We are to become one with Christ. In order to become one with God we need to let him in every area of our lives and let Him refresh us. Jesus likened oneness with Him to a marriage. When we are married we share everything with our spouse and our relationship is monogamous.
