You shall receive glory

Shame is the consequence of sin. It is a painful feeling of humiliation, regret, distress caused by the awareness of wrong or foolish behavior. Shame is related to guilt, it is the realizations of sin’s effect on self-identity. You may have been ashamed of what you did or ashamed of what someone has done to you. Confess the sin, forgive yourself and/or the other person.

Jesus took all shame on the cross, so we could have glory, “looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2.

God promises, “Instead of your shame you shall have double honor, And instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double; Everlasting joy shall be theirs.” Isaiah 61:7

In the name of Jesus, I bind all shame, confusion, fear, control and loose peace, love, sound mind and glory. I pray this in Jesus name.
