What is your goal as a Christian?

We all have goals/desires: Know God better, go to church every Sunday, see people saved, preach God’s word, build the biggest church, see hearts changed, etc. These are all good goals, however, are they God’s goals for your life?

Jesus had a goal when He came to earth, “For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.” John 6:38

God has told us what He wants us to do, “He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” Micah 6:8

We are to walk with God, oh what sweet fellowship, “When You said, “Seek My face,” My heart said to You, “Your face, Lord,  I will seek.” –Psalm 27:8, NKJV

As we walk with Him, He leads and guides in His will for our life.
