Renewed

When I feel like I am falling apart (whether physically or emotionally) I can always rely of God to renew my spirit. He restores me physically as well. When I trust in Him there is always hope.

“Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.”

II Corinthians 4:16  NKJV

“But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”

Isaiah 40:31
