Many products on the market today say if you take this, you will have a renewal of your strength; you will feel younger and healthier. The Bible gives us a sure renewal program and the answer to being healed.

“Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees. And make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed.” Hebrews 12:12-13

Do you remember when Jacob struggled with God (Genesis 32:22-32). He refused to let go of God until He was blessed. We need to have the same determination. However, Jacob had a lot of pride in his life, and God had to discipline him to show him the way; God dislocated his thigh. Some of you are suffering right now, and you believe you are following God and doing everything right in God’s sight, yet you are suffering. Could it be because you are trying to do things your way and are wrestling with God? The root of all pride is thinking we know better than God. Surrender is the key to renewal. “Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord.” Hebrews 12;14

“May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Thess 5:23
