“I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, And find out knowledge and discretion.” Proverbs 8:12

Where you find wisdom, there will be prudence. The world’s definition of prudence is the ability to govern and discipline oneself by use of reason. The question is, what is the basis of judgment or reason being used? If God and His word are not the source, the outcome will be worldly wisdom and not true wisdom put into action. 

 “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself,” Ephesians 1:7-9
