Prince of Peace

Now more than ever, the world needs the Prince of Peace.

“For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6

Jesus is peace. He wants us to receive Him completely. When we receive Him, we receive His peace, joy, love and all the provisions of God.

So, how do we receive Jesus completely?

Anytime we appropriate what God has to offer, it is by faith. We receive salvation by faith, healing by faith, and all the provisions of God by faith in knowing what God promises He will do. It is through Jesus sacrifice on the cross that this has been made possible.

“To those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord,  as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,  by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Peter 1:1-4
