Job stress

| Prayer Request: | I tried to get 2 people trained before I retire, but they have not learned anything, they both are fairly new to the company and have no clue to how to perform basic things. They are not lazy, but do not know how to first as a team or how to manage their time. My older workers kept giving them breaks because they it was easier than showing them so now they break all the time and one older worker said he couldn’t train her and stop showing her , but complain about her when he is not letting her do the job. It had been a mess, but I can’t seem to make them change their habits old or new. The old are set in their ways and the new are just slow in understanding and don’t want to be told anything. Management has not given us the tools to train them even though I’ve ask repeatedly for them to do so. I have been very stressed because I do want them to learn before I leave. |
