Workplace boundaries

| Prayer Request: | Can you please pray the inappropriate relationship between me and another believer in workplace will be broken as I am accused by this person. please pray for appropriate boundaries for me everyone attempts to speak demeaning or power threats to further demean me because I made serious error in judgement.I have prayed for boundaries because prior to my mistake I do not want to continually hear demeaning comments. One person showed up in the physical place I was assigned to take my place and push me out. I am 64 and really only here until I qualify for Medicare. I verbally told the other believer to please leave me alone after repeating no several times and saying I was not going to do what they wanted because it was something I did not want to do. I told this person too much personal information TMI and crossed the line after sending the exchange was not healthy. I offered no explanation but have retreated into a shell asking God to keep all gossips backstabbers out of my personal space.One couple keeps eyeing my every move and reported me the shift supervisor. when I locked keys in my car after lunch and AAA unlocked the car I told the supervisor coworker I needed to leave 5 minutes but this busibody confronted me asking me about the incident when I never told or was assigned to work with her. She told me several times things about my car and when I did not fix according to her schedule I now drive a different route home. She inspects work others have completed but is not in supervisor position. Can you please pray for boundaries so I can have small space without being spied on.XX |
