Pray Hard

 Pray Hard

I have heard people say, “pray hard”. What does that mean? Does it mean to pray louder or longer? Maybe praying “hard” is listening to God; getting His perspective. Maybe it means praising Him; worshiping Him. Maybe it is thanking Him for all of the blessings and answered prayers we have experienced. Or could it be that a quiet time of surrender to Him is all we seek?

“Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”  Matthew 26:41  NKJV

Watching usually requires waiting, and praying should be a two way conversation.
