We praise God because of His greatness. But how do we practically do this? David said, “I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will tell of all Your marvelous works.” Psalm 9:1

Notice David said He would praise God with His whole heart. God does not want half-hearted praise and worship.  

‘These people draw near to Me with their mouth,

And honour Me with their lips,

But their heart is far from Me.

 And in vain they worship Me,

Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.'” Mathew 15:8-9

We must treasure God above all things and tell of the glorious things He has done to others. Ask the Lord to help you praise Him with your whole heart.
