“…you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” Mathew 5:48

This is a lofty goal. My earthly father was very hands-on, and he taught me through doing. I made many mistakes. However, it was okay; making mistakes is part of learning. We are not perfect. However, God does call us to reflect Him.

“But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 3:18
