Only God Knows the Truth
If you read the chapters 29 and 30 in the book of Job, you will see how Job’s status changed among his peers. Sometimes we face things in life where we may be falsely accused or people may judge by the appearance of things. If we come to our own defense it does not help the situation but may only satisfy the curious. God knows the real truth, and as we read the entire book of Job we see where he was blessed immensely. (Job 42:10)
“I chose the way for them, and sat as chief; so I dwelt as a king in the army, as one who comforts mourners. But now they mock at me…And now my soul is poured out because of my plight; the days of affliction take hold of me.” Job 29:25, 30:1a,16 NKJV
