Not my will but Yours, Lord. Can you say this? When you say this, you are saying, Lord, I surrender everything in my life to you. I don’t want to do things my way; I want to do them yours.
I will seek you first (Mathew 6:33)
I will listen and obey (Luke 11:28)
I will be transformed by renewing my mind (Romans 12:2)
I will humble myself (James 4:10)
I will trust in you Lord (Proverbs 3:5)
I offer my body as a living sacrifice,
“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.” Romans 12:1
When you lay all down to God, He takes responsibility for you. And in time, you will realize that the Lord is your shepherd and you have all you need (Psalm 23:1 NLT).
