We all want a fresh start and a new beginning, and many hope that the New Year will bring just that. Have you struggled to overcome in past years? You set New Year’s resolutions, spring would roll around, and you would find they were broken again. This year can be different. You can be an overcomer.

God sent His son Jesus just for you, “And in that body God declared an end to sin’s control over us by giving his son as a sacrfice for our sins.” Romans 8:3

“the power of the life giving spirit has freed you (Romans 8:1)” to be an overcomer. You can overcome by what the Word says that Jesus blood does for you.

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.” Revelation 12:11
