Loss of health, job, hope, faith and other losses that creep into our lives cause us to seek help. Not all help is helpful. Seek the Lord, Jesus is our help, “My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth; wisdom and power are his.” Psalm 121:1/Daniel 2:20b

He is sitting at the right hand of God interceding for us. “In my distress I called to the Lord; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears.” Psalm 18:6

What comes out of our mouth is critical during these times of loss, proclaim, “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.” Psalm 28:7
