“So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”  Mathew 19:6

What happens when a man has separated you from your loved one by death, and you are no longer one flesh?

“For a married woman is bound by law to her husband while he lives, but if her husband dies she is released from the law of marriage.”  Romans 7:2

This answers the question from a legal perspective, but what about the heart?

“He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds.”  Psalm 147:3

“But to you who fear My name The Sun of Righteousness shall arise With healing in His wings, And you shall go out And grow fat like stall-fed calves.”  Mal 4:2
