While searching for a show on TV to watch that would not open the door to sin, what came to mind is we should “.. not love the world or the things in the world…” 1 John 2:15

We are not to be concerned with material things or love the things that are not of God. Living in the world provides many opportunities to fall into temptation.

“…friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.” James 4:4
