Loss of Unity

We live in a time where there is much division about ideas, which include religions, education, child rearing, and the food we eat. But, when we look in the book of Acts, when the church was waiting as Jesus instructed them, they were in “one accord.” (Acts 2:1)

We are at peace when our family is at peace. When my children were young and argued, it caused stress for me. I often thought how disappointed our heavenly Father is when we are in disagreement with our spiritual brothers and sisters. We need to make an effort to live in unity to the best of our ability in Jesus.

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell in unity!”
