Losses such as divorce, death, and health may drive your friends away from you; creating a further loss. The culprit may be the lack of understanding and the ability to help.

“You have put away my acquaintances far from me; You have made me an abomination to them; I am shut up, and I cannot get out;” Psalm 88:8

Have you ever thought the Lord might need to get your attention to heal you? God finally got Job’s attention, Job said, “I know that You can do everything, And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You.” Job 42:2. After God got Job’s attention, He blessed him doubly. Be open to what the Lord is doing in your life and lean into Him for His purposes to be made known.
