Does Life Seem Too Heavy?

At times life’s circumstances can seem like we are carrying a hundred pound weight. There is sickness, disease, death, violence and unfaithfulness. What can we do to lighten the load?

As I write this, I ask God, “What do You want me to say?” I sat down and opened my Bible, and there was a verse that jumped out at me.

“For with God nothing will be impossible.” Luke 1:37  NKJV

This verse helps me to keep things in perspective. I need to focus on the Kingdom of God, not this earthly kingdom. He is the only one who can change circumstances, heal and change hearts and minds. I give the burden to the One who can do something about it.
